CTS Services
CTS currently provides the following technical services:
- Unix and NT backups, typically Monthly Fulls, weekly and daily incrementals (400GB+/week).
- Operational support for Solaris, Tru64/OSF1, NT, Linux and limited support for other Unices.
- Package/Layered product instalation.
- User account administration.
- Hardware trouble shooting, upgrade recommendations.
- Network planning and administration.
